You should then ask the firm to stipulate what actions they feel are necessary to progress your case. Listen very intentively to this response as your decision on whether or not you instruct this firm is crucial here. Find out how the solicitor will aim to keep you updated on the progress of the case and make them stick to this. In fact, go one step further and stress that this will be a crucial consideration on whether or not you go ahead and use them. This is the area where most people lose faith with their firm of solicitors, as they can be the worst, most ignorant, communicators in the World. Once you feel you have found the right firm of solicitors, try logging on to an internet database that has impartial reviews on solicitors. There are many such such sites, where you will find accurate and up-to-date information on what previous clients have thought about different solicitors. Armed with this information as well, you will be in a much stronger position to ensure that you select exactly the right solicitor for your case.
